I am SOOO mad about "Governer Palin"!! She is destroying wolves for no good reason!! She is offering a $150 bounty for a severed wolf leg!! Now that's just cruel. I think wolves are majestic animals, and they should not be killed or slaughtered in any way. The ecosystem was balanced very well before humans ever existed, and killing some animal or species just for their own selfish desire is just disgusting. Wolves are the keystone of a beautiful ecosystem. They are not aggressive to humans. It is very true, even if you have a hard time believing that. This story I am about to tell is not directly related to the Palin incedent, but it is related to the slaughtering of wolves.

Red wolves were hunted. They were slaughtered until there were so few left, and they were confined to a small area on the border of Texas and Louisiana. Courageous men and woman stepped in to save these beautiful creatures. They discovered that there were only 17 pure red wolves left. In the world. 17!!!! And they were not in very good condition either. Fortunately, they nursed these poor wolves back to health and now they have successfully released many back into save reserves. There are probably about 250 now, and growing.

Please help save the gray wolves in Alaska. You know, even though she was slaughtering wolves before the election, she is doing it even more now. And I think that Palin is only killing wolves to get her anger out from losing the election '08.
